William A. Flexner, DrPH

Principal, Flexner Wheatley & Associates, Inc.

Bill Flexner designs and facilitates critical meetings and decision processes for companies, associations, and community groups around the world.  

Since 1987, Bill has travelled to Singapore more than 10 times to teach facilitation techniques, present at both public and private meetings, and facilitate key meetings of both public and private organisations.  From 1985 to 2001, he co-founded and was CEO of Option Technologies Interactive (OTI), a services company that focused on the use of technology to enhance face-to-face meeting outcomes.   

Currently, Bill is a principal in Flexner Wheatley and Associates, and an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Social Medicine, School of Medicine at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  He has lived and/or worked throughout North and South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia/New Zealand.
