    1)  What did I learn from our discussions that I will think about when I get back to work?

        *  Variation of HR practises across different industries & adaptation to one's industry based on business need

        *  Confirmation on what's practised in my current company is also practised across industries

    2)  What did I learn that I will talk about when I get back to work? 

        *  Importance of 'Quansi' in China as an important element to effectively perform business

        *  Longer retention in Japanese companies due to family orientation culture and values

    3)  What did I learn that I should do something about when I get back to work

        *  Remuneration strategy plays an important role in a company's retention scheme and can change the retention situation of a company if carve out widely  

    4)  Are there any people I came into contact with today that I would like to stay in contact with?

        * Yes, every member in my team and the rest that I met during the COP break session
