Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) is the National System that trains, develops, assesses and certifies adult workers for competencies that they need to stay employable. Being a National Credential, the WSQ compels all training providers to adopt the WSQ Framework.

- Will Trainers come under the microscope as the public’s expectations on quality takes a quantum leap?
- How should the industry and in particular HCS brace itself to manage the challenges and expectations of the WSQ as a national credential?
- How is HCS going to examine its current stakeholders including courseware designers, trainers and facilitators and also the needs of new customers who are keen to acquire WSQ certification?
